WOMEN In America

Offerings

We are a close community of women committed to supporting one another through mentoring, education and networking.

MENTORING EMPOWERS LEADERS

Mentoring

Our multifaceted approach to mentoring allows for learning from multiple perspectives while fostering strong multi-generational relationships that last a lifetime. We invest in one another’s success. Our participants whether mentees, alumnae, or mentors commit their time and talent to one another without reservation. We answer one another’s calls, we offer our support, and we share our wisdom.

"WIA has been so valuable to me because I not only get advice from seasoned executives who have been through it all and from peers who are currently going through the same things I am going through."

LEARNING SPARKS INNOVATION

Education

WIA’s women are curious, lifelong learners with a diverse set of skills and experiences that they share with each other in a trusted, confidential forum. At WIA we continually seek different perspectives, discuss difficult topics, and participate with open minds in order to grow, innovate, and level-up. Our programs feature women leaders authentically sharing their wisdom on critically important and timely topics. Participants walk away energized, enlightened, and inspired.

"Every time I leave a WIA event, my cup is full. I am astounded by the caliber of speakers and always learn something new."

NETWORKING ADVANCES CAREERS

Networking

We incorporate networking into everything we do. Our powerful community provides a robust network for participants with women from a wide range of industries including accounting, advertising, blockchain, consulting, finance, healthcare, legal, media, pharmaceutical, retail, technology and much more. WIA is intentionally diverse, allowing participants to learn from those outside of their traditional networks and grow a support system of bright, ambitious women who broaden their perspectives.

"It’s been rewarding for me to learn from different perspectives in this network while also realizing how many similarities we all have. I have not been able to find a group like this anywhere else."
