I found my voice through WIA. I also pivoted my career, received two promotions, learned how to negotiate, and got hitched while being in the program. I've never been in a group like this before. The mentors are truly invested in their mentees. It has been monumental to have seasoned women provide advice and support during any LIFE moment. I graduated believing in myself and now can't wait to pay it forward. We're encouraged and protected here. After joining this group, I never felt like I was alone again."
