Alyse Bodine is a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and serves as Co-Managing Partner for the firm’s Global Financial Officers Practice. She also serves as Partner-In-Charge of the Philadelphia office and as a member of the firm’s Americas Leadership Team. Her search experience comprises corporate and divisional chief financial officer, controller, audit, treasurer, investor relations and tax assignments. She works with a diverse client base including Fortune 500, small- and medium-sized public and private companies, as well as private equity- and venture-backed companies.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alyse was an investment banker with a regional investment banking firm, where she was also the founder of a division of the firm’s marketing department.
Alyse currently serves as a Trustee of The Rosenbach of the Free Library of Philadelphia as well as serves on the Chairmen’s Council of The Mann Center for the Performing Arts. She is a member of W.O.M.E.N. in America, a nation-wide organization aimed toward helping professional women advance their careers through mentorship and leadership training. Over the years, she has been involved in the Philadelphia community as both an active volunteer and board member of various professional and non-profit organizations, including the Free Library of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia American Marketing Association, the Philadelphia Art Alliance, White-Williams Scholars, and the Junior League of Philadelphia.
Alyse is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Philadelphia with her husband.
