In addition to running Human Resources at Audible, Anne manages Workplace Operations, which includes Real Estate, Facilities and neighborhood-making in Newark. She joined Audible in February 2016.

At Lehman, she led the development of Encore, an award-winning, pioneering program to reengage women in the workforce and the work-life integration agenda. Anne came to HR with more than 15 years of front line banking experience in fixed-income, prime-brokerage sales, and in corporate banking covering both private and public sector clients.

Outside of work, Anne is passionate about conservation, diversity and education. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Long Island Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Center for Talent Innovation. Anne also serves on several advisory boards, including The Johns Hopkins Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and The Parents Board at Bucknell University. Anne has frequently attended Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business Conference and received multiple awards, including the Making a Difference for Women Award by the National Council for Research on Women and NJBIZ’s Best 50 Women in Business.

Anne received her B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and her M.A. from the School of Advanced International Studies of The Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., and Bologna, Italy.
