Courtney is the Director of Stand Together Music, where she works to build long-term partnerships with artists and the music and entertainment industry to scale impact around shared goals. She is responsible for developing vision and strategy for macro campaigns in alignment with internal and external partner goals and stewarding execution across multiple platforms and capabilities. Before joining Stand Together, she worked with Family Offices overseeing their philanthropic giving and partnership strategies and was the Global Marketing Director of an international Jewish non-profit where she led their rebrand, thought leadership agenda, and product launch and programming strategies. Courtney began her career working in brand strategy for fashion companies, including Burberry and Hugo Boss, which have robust music and Corporate Social Responsibility programs. She earned a BCom in Economics and Marketing from the University of Guelph in Canada and speaks four languages.
