Daryl Drabinsky is a Senior Vice President, Digital at Weber Shandwick, where she leads digital strategy for one of the agency's largest global pharmaceutical clients and co-lead our overall digital strategy offerings across Weber's West Coast offices. Prior to this role, she was Head of Digital, Social & Experiential Communications at CVS Health and Aetna, leading the enterprise Center of Excellence with innovation in digital strategy, social media, experiential activations, analytics, social thought leadership, employee advocacy and integrated content initiatives.

Described as a passionate, driven, and transformative leader, Daryl is skilled in facilitating and leading multi-disciplinary teams and partnering with P&L leaders to embed change into a company’s culture. As a future-focused and innovative strategy and operations executive, her mission is to position global organizations at the leading edge of digital transformation in their industries. During her career, she's done just that – earning a reputation as a visionary strategist who knows how to influence change across complex global environments in industries undergoing significant transformations including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, professional services and legal. Drabinsky orchestrates transformations that create compelling value propositions, architect powerful analytics frameworks and infuse digital transformation into high-ROI initiatives impacting an organization’s employees, customers and stakeholders.

Drabinsky serves on the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. Dedicated to supporting women’s’ advancement in the workplace, she founded Northwestern University's Ellevate Network (fka 85 Broads), co-chaired Wharton Women in Business Conference and joined the 2016 Women in America mentee class. After graduating with a BA from Northwestern University in 2008, Daryl earned an MBA in Marketing and Management from the Wharton School in 2010. Born in Toronto, she is a dual citizen of Canada and the United States.
