Dominique C. Gagnon is the Founder & CEO of www.isbel.com, a pre-launch web and mobile product for women to help them create inspired relationships. Isbel aims to be Our Bodies, Our Selves for the modern world of wired women, providing a social- and data-based sexual health and intimacy resource women can trust. Dominique and Isbel have been featured on CBS, NBC, Huffington Post, Gawker, CNET, The Atlantic Cities, Vitamin W and The Chicago Sun-Times.
She also is an Advisor to WillPower Labs, a new stealth health startup that is tackling Americans' struggle with overeating in the fight against obesity, and to MKMB Consulting, a startup consulting firm bringing authentic leadership skills to startup founders so they can scale their high-growth organizations effectively. A big champion of entrepreneurs, she is always on the lookout for founders in which to invest and support.
Previously, she worked in consumer-focused corporate innovation (blue sky concept-to-launch intrapreneurship responsibilities) for Nestle, Unilever, and Arnell, after managing a health food product launch her freshman year of college for a serial entrepreneur and growing up in a family business that launched Mustela (the world's leading premium baby skin care brand) into the US market, creating the premium baby skin care category.
She received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, from Wellesley College, during which she spent a year at the London School of Economics studying organisational theory. She is the Founder and Head of Wellesley Entrepreneurs, a global alumnae association dedicated to cultivating the success of current and future entrepreneurs. She is currently addicted to adventure travel, street car and formula one racing, and whiskey bars.
