Jill leads Design Research and Human Factors for Crown Equipment Corporation. She is responsible for a research team that informs product and business decisions across both the truck and software offerings, and conducts research around the globe. She is passionate about using research to build collaboration across disciplines and functions, and supporting the learning and thinking processes that drive decision-making and move research into action.
Previous to Crown, Jill consulted to the World Bank on innovation practices and was the Director of Accelerated Innovation at Pitney Bowes, where she led a team of designers, technologists, and researchers to generate new value propositions for customers. She has a background in anthropology and over 10 years of experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in design research, innovation and strategy.
In her free time, Jill spends time exploring new curry recipes, cooking with her husband and trying new restaurants. She also enjoys travel, especially summer vacations in Portland, Maine.
