Jennifer Nason is a Managing Director and Global Head of Technology, Media & Telecom, (TMT) Investment Banking at JP Morgan.
Ms. Nason joined JP Morgan's Melbourne, Australia office in 1986. She later relocated to New York where she spent six years specializing in mergers and acquisitions and project finance. In 1994, Ms. Nason joined the coverage team responsible for the firm's largest clients across various industry sectors. She was the senior member of the client teams for, among others, Ford Motor Company, E.I. Dupont de Nemours and Company, and Wal-Mart Inc. Ms. Nason subsequently joined the (TMT) group within Investment Banking as head of the Telecommunications practice with a focus on strategic M&A, debt and equity financing, for the firms key relationships in this sector. As the global head of the TMT Investment Banking practice since 2005, Ms. Nason is today responsible for key clients across the technology, media and telecom sectors. She also has management responsibility for the firm's commitment of debt capital in these industries.
Prior to joining JP Morgan, Ms. Nason spent three years with the Department of Management and Budget in Australia.
Ms. Nason has a BA and BCom (Honors) from the University of Melbourne in Australia.
