Jen joined HP in August of 2011. Jen currently leads the Strategic Workforce Academies Team, which oversees a portfolio of leadership and workforce development programs aligned with Printing and Personal Systems (PPS) top strategic priorities. The PPS business is a 35,000 employee and $65B business within Hewlett Packard. Prior to this current position, Jen led the Leadership Development function for both the Printing and Personal Systems Group (PPS) and the Imaging and Printing Group (IPG). In these roles, she was responsible for overseeing the design, development and implementation of Leadership Development and Top Talent Development strategies and programs in support of the business.
Prior to joining HP, Jen served as a Principal Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for Raytheon Company, where she partnered with Raytheon’s Global functions and businesses through consulting engagements to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. Raytheon Company is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, homeland security, and other government markets throughout the world. Raytheon employs 75,000 people worldwide.
Previously, Jen was a Senior Consultant at Vantage Partners, an international consulting and training organization servicing Fortune 500 clients. Vantage is a spin-off of the Harvard Negotiation Project, specializing in relationship management, conflict management, negotiation and influence. Founding Partners authored Getting to Yes and Difficult Conversations. At Vantage, Jen worked with companies to more effectively manage their most critical business relationships through consulting interventions and training.
Jen’s professional experience includes leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, conflict management, learning design and facilitation, change management, and coaching and mentoring. Prior to joining HP she worked at Raytheon Company, Vantage Partners, Booz Allen Hamilton and Xerox Corporation.
Jennifer holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s of Science in Child Development from Vanderbilt University.
