Lisa Maxwell has a proven track record of reinventing and reinvigorating brands. She has been tagged a master at business turnarounds, creating business reinventions grounded in consumer insights. Lisa joined Mastercard as Vice President of Product Marketing in 2017. At Mastercard, she oversees Product Marketing for Core Credit, Small Business, Loyalty Solutions, and Safety & Security products. Prior to joining Mastercard, Lisa was a marketer at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare where she established a reputation of leading sustainable business turnarounds on brands like Nicorette & NicoDerm CQ, Abreva and Tums. She has created several innovative and long lasting omni-channel campaigns that included TV, public relations, electronic consumer relationship marketing (ECRM), social media, digital and shopper marketing. Nicorette, NicoDerm CQ and Abreva transformed from negative growth to growing brands through Lisa’s focused efforts. Lisa started her marketing career at Johnson & Johnson where she supported the transformative growth of brands like K-Y Intimacy Enhancement line.
Lisa is a recipient of the YWCA’s Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Award, an alumnae W.O.M.E.N. in America and a Committee of 200 Scholar. She serves actively on the Board of Directors of GrassROOTS Community Foundation, a nonprofit with a bold mission of investing in girls so they can change the world.
Lisa earned an MBA at Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. She is the proud parent of a teenage girl, Amina.
