Nicole Greenblatt is a partner in the restructuring group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP where she represents debtors, creditors and investors in all aspects of complex corporate restructurings, including Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and special situation investments or acquisitions. Nicole has played a lead role in several high profile restructuring matters spanning multiple industries and has represented clients in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters. Recent examples include The Readers Digest Association, Inc., Tronox Incorporated, the OGX Companies in Brazil, Revel Atlantic City Hotel, Sbarro, Metro Fuel Oil Corp., United Retail ("Avenue" brand stores) and Arcapita Bank.
Prior to joining Kirkland in 2007, Nicole was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York.
Nicole earned a BBA from the Ross School of Business Administration at the University of Michigan in 1999 and graduated from Fordham University Law School in 2002.
Nicole lives on Long Island with her husband Russell and two children, Jason and Abby.
